Registration > Dates and Fees

The registration fees are detailed in the table below. The standard fee include:

• Attendance at ACME oral presentations from 31^st March to 1^st April 2016
• Attendance to the ACME School, which will take place on March 30^th 2016
• Coffee breaks and buffet lunches
• Attendance at the Conference Dinner (31 March 2016)
• Delegate bag and conference material

It is possible to attend the ACME school without participating in the conference. Reduced fees are applied in this case (see table below).

Early bird bookings must be received by 29^th February 2016. The last booking date for this event is 14^th March 2016

PLEASE NOTE ALL DELEGATES ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER ON-LINE. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE ON ARRIVAL. ADVANCED REGISTRATION IS COMPULSARY.

Terms and Conditions: Registration fees include access to meeting, refreshments and also the Conference Dinner during the conference. Fees do not include accommodation or travel. Shared places are not permitted. Payment must be received prior to the event. All registrations will be acknowledged. If you have not received registration confirmation within 14 days prior to the event please contact us.

Cancellation Policy:  Any booking that cancels before 14^th March 2016 will be subject to a £20.00 Administration Fee. After this dates no refund will be available. Cancellation must be made in writing. Substitutions are acceptable but must be made in writing. The organisers cannot accept liability for costs incurred in the event of the conference having to be cancelled as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
